Meet the team
Adam & Kate Weightman
Founders
Adam and Kate Weightman moved to Tennessee in 2007 where Adam began his career with Watson Floor Gallery. After proving his mettle through the housing slump of 2009, he became a manager and partner in the company. In 2018, they welcomed their son, Tiberius, as well as becoming full owners of Watson Floor Gallery. Kate joined the team soon after the ownership change, working as the Office Manager. Since that time, they’ve enjoyed growth within the company to include this newest venture, Weightman Family Flooring.

Greg Koehler has been with Weightman Family Flooring since 2007 and has over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry. He started with the company as an account manager and has served in different positions from project manager, to sales, and commercial. He now serves the company as the manager of their new showroom in Spring Hill, TN.
